Dr. Louis Abukhalaf was born and raised in Jerusalem, a city rich with history and culture that profoundly shaped his early life. Seeking new opportunities and experiences, Dr. Abukhalaf moved to the United States, where he pursued higher education with dedication and excellence.
Dr. Abukhalaf earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry and biochemistry from Loyola University Chicago, graduating summa cum laude. His academic journey continued at Marquette Dental School, where he graduated magna cum laude, demonstrating his commitment to academic and professional excellence. Furthering his expertise, Dr. Abukhalaf became a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute and the Kois Center, both prestigious institutions in the field of dentistry.
With a passion for innovation, Dr. Abukhalaf has always aimed to incorporate the latest technological advancements into his practice. His dedication to cutting-edge techniques led him to become the first in the Indianapolis area to introduce Yomi, the implant robot, revolutionized dental implant procedures.
Driven for excellence to help patients with severe dental problems. he gained knowledge and experience in treating complex cases through training in Brazil and one-on-one mentorship with world-renowned surgeons and experts in the field of dental implant surgery including Zygomatic Implants, a very specialized dental implant surgery, and full mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. Abukhalaf is married to Dr. Brittany Lane, a respected local periodontist, and together they have three children. Outside of his professional life, Louis enjoys playing soccer and traveling, finding joy and balance in these activities.
